I did love the Can Serrat piece, it has almost an aerial perspective feel to it in the mid-ground, the sense of movement and landscape is so strong.
To me, it is a real statement of the intensity and passion of the culture, and you havev captured the essence of this place. It is reminiscent of the mid-20thC Nolan series. You are just as innovative; I suspect therre will be students pouring over your work in much the same way in future art studies. Where Nolan struggled to capture the raw, powerful and beautiful Australian outback, he trail blazed techniques, palette, subject matter. His work was wonderfully dark and disturbing, reflecting the intensity of his subject matter.
Yours sings of beauty, maturity, joy and the light of your Southern European journey. Your uninhibited experimental techniques, married with a painterly discipline, challenge the viewer to engage with your dialogue on a primal level.
Thank you for this exceptional work.
