My parents warnings

My parents warnings belongs to the following groups:

A month or so after my brother Justins death in January we decided to have a seance to see if he was around. I had discussed this with him before he died, his response was a jovial.. “Ïf you witches ( his 3 sisters) call him back he will haunt us forever.” He didn’t really believe in life after death and teased us constantly for it. In the end he came up with an idea where he said lets work out a password and if i come back you can check if its me if I know the password.

So this night my two sisters, sister-in law and niece held a seance. It didn’t take long before we got some activity. The spirit said his name was Justin, so we asked him what the password was. I was the only person who knew it, so I took my hand off the glass for this. Of course he knew the password, as well as a lot of other stuff only he could could know. It was nice to know he was happy and at peace with Mum and Dad.

After that my mother and father came through, they told us that someone was ill and we would have to be there for them. When we asked for more detail they told us that my brother David had an aggressive cancer and we needed to get him back to Adelaide and checked out by a hospital. (My brother David worked in the outback). After the information my mother had given us about Justin just before he died we decided it might be wise to pay attention to what they said and try to get our brother back in town.

The next day I spoke to him and asked him how he was, he said besides a pulled muscle in his shoulder he was fine. Trying to get him to come home without alarming him wasn’t easy. So eventually we told him we were scattering our brothers ashes and as the eldest he had to be there. It took a bit of convincing and once we bought an air fare for him he didn’t have much choice, so he came home, thinking he would only be here a week. Us girls knew what his thoughts about the spirit world were, so there was no way we were going to tell him what out motive for getting him home really was. When he got back here he strated to complain about the pulled muscle in his shoulder, so his sisters went about badgering him to go to the hospital for a scan. It took a lot of effort and nagging but just to shut us up I suspect he went into the hospital to get his shoulder looked at.

I will never forget the look on his face when the Doctors informed him they had found something that they needed to look closer at. After numerous scans and tests they discovered that he had, like my brother Justin, lung cancer as well as cancer growing on his spine. My sisters and I just stared at each other in disbelief, everything Mum and Dad had said had turned out to be true.

My brother has had radio therapy on the spinal tumor and starts kemo in August for the rest. Sadly the prognosis isn’t good. He has said to me that if we hadn’t insisted he come back when he did he would never have found out that he has cancer. We have never told him about the seance and Mum and Dad for warning us he was ill.

We held another seance recently and again Mum & Dad came through, they said they were happy we listened to him, but when we asked if he would recover we were told that he would make his sons wedding in November but not Xmas. I am praying they are wrong.

We had Mum, Dad and Justin come through and all of hem said the same thing. When asked if everyone else was ill they all said yes. When we asked who is sick they all spelt out Jane, breast cancer.

I will admit my blood went cold and one of my sisters started crying.
I just hope this time they are wrong, and just just wanting me to get checked out because Ive put off having the once you turn 50 mamogram.

Im sure I’m ok but just to be safe I went and had a breasts scan this week, just to make sure. I guess even in the after life our parents are still watching out for us. Time will tell.

I think is is absolutely beautiful the way you and your sisters are so bonded. I’ve never achieved at a seance, I wish I were closer to you all, the people in my life are so close minded. I pray for you too, maybe Mum just wanted you to stay aware of the possibilities. :) SZ
