arches smooth watercolour paper with tissue and newspaper collage, painted with winsor and newton watercolour and black fineliner. the texture of the crumpled and torn papers was integral to this work which needed the support of the strong arches paper to hold all the washes and glue.

Oh, how sweet! That the dog is a bit scruffy and potentially nefarious looking, but serene makes it even sweeter. The colors are great, the background (sky) is absolutely fabulous, and the whole thing is freaking adorable!
