Beautiful lighting from the window. I once watched some elderly ladies dong this, which in the lacemakers language (in English, at least) is called ‘tatting’, and very meticulous in it’s fashion.

Thanks Gilberte. Yes this one is taken in Bokrijk. I was too busy taking this photo so all the information I have was that she is a real lacemaker as she was busy on a piece and also answering questions from other people.
