The film, Dokter Pulder zaait papavers (1975) came to mind when I saw this picture. Actually, also: In Flanders Fields. I like the colour, he placing of the two shapes (foreground and background).
(The film came to Sydney, in the late seventies. Well-patronised by the Dutch community and others. ” Thanks, for the memories ” and the picture.
