The damsel wasn’t harmed in any way. Anybody using glue to “freeze” an insect should get a whack with his camera as far as I am concerned. Improving sneak-up techniques and/or using a camera with live-view does the job without harming the animal.

Yes of course, I not sure if you realised I was joking. Do people use glue? I’m not that into insect photography. Be interested to hear about your sneak up techniques.
