I found my first digital camera in an empty Hyde Park – Canon Powershot A90…poor tourists didn’t leave a forwarding address
Went on to take a few shots around the city, someone said they looked alright…that was it for me – I then read a heap of tutorials online about composition/camera settings etc & tried to emulate shots I’d seen online before starting a blank canvas & flying solo
After a few months I had a stroke of brilliance – why not combine my love for live gigs with my new found hobby
2 & a half years later I’ve shot all my favourite bands & been published in newspapers/overseas mags etc
I still get nervous when the lights turn off & the band comes out….I think as long as that feeling still occurs, I’ll keep shooting
