Dad yellow warbler looks a little frustrated. He’s been running back and forth with bugs to feed his hungry 4, just dumped another load, and the kids are still complaining. The nest is in a wild rose bush thicket. Mom helps feed them too.

Both mom and dad clean the nest of baby droppings. Dad flys away with them, but mom eats the droppings. Getting rid of the droppings probably reduces smells that would attract predators.

    The lens I use the most is the nikon 80/400. This was at 400.
