This living memorial to the famous heritage of the Light Horse mounted military brigades is a joint venture between the Victorian Police Blue Light Program and the R. S. L. It is a working example of how Police, community and youth can work effectively together.
Through their youth group, this community has cut youth crime to almost non-existent levels.”
