This was taken using an old Pentax M 105mm 1:2 macro. I got it off Ebay- although advertised as immaculate it had quite a serious fungal problem- I stripped it down, killed off the fungus and cleaned it- then I negotiated a substantial partial refund- so I got a great lens for £25!
