another wet day (2nd one for quite a while) here in Burnie, nw Tasmania (Australia). I wandered out to the end of the break-water to get some crashing wave shots – against the stormy skies… one shot here was taken with a stubby holder covering the lens, so that any rain didn’t get on the actual lens….different view and I deliberately left the arch visible. Snapped with my Fujifilm Finepix S1600 12mp camera

I enjoy exploring – having fun – bringing fun times to people – enjoying other people’s marvellous arts/views of the world through their eyes. Wow . So amazing. It doesn’t have to be a professional photo – just to Capture what you see..and share it. And ENJOY it….and hopefully share the destination with anyone else, so that they can share the beauty, and experience the delights of the place/people/trees/views.

Great shots here Gaylene. Very creative you using a stubby holder.
We have had a fair amount of rain over t the past 2 days. Hope it settles a little by tomorrow. I am off to Launie for the day!!

  • well I hope the rain settles by then – at least the roads will have had the slippery dust/scum washed off! Enjoy – keep safe Sharon

I must remember that trick with the stubby holder! Now listen Gaylene – you’ve got just 5 weeks in which to have your rain, after that it’s to be blue skies and sunshine for a couple of weeks – OK, got that? LOL But I must admit that the stormy feel makes for a great photo!
    take care

  • ok I am listening….get the rain over and done with before your family trip to Tassie.
