Awww!!! What a little sugar-pie!!!!! My mom always kept parakeets … we called them that, back then, but I hear now they’re being called budgies. I can’t tell you how many words were in Frosty’s vocabulary … and phrases!!! he used to love to sit in the palm of her hand under the running water from the faucet and take his baths!!! Oh, so many fun tying he would do!!!! She wore glasses, and he’d fly right over to her and happily sit on the corner of the frame!!! Good old Frosty!!!
Alex was an Alexandrine Parrot and he too loved his baths. I hope to show them soon
Such a delightful pet friend……………so precious and sweet………….lovely series you’ve added here Gavin………………..
He wasn’t just a bird he was part of the family. I will continue uploading pictures of him but I don’t have too many left. I only have shots of him up to about 9-10 weeks before we lost him. Maybe the good lord wanted Alex for himself.
The eye contact is priceless, you can tell this baby is going to have a lot of birsonality.
Everything about him was priceless. And you are right he had a mind of his own sometimes. Especially round bed time :-) Thanks for looking at my work and leaving such inspiring comments.

Nice capture.. maybe he saw himself in the camera lens..?!
Alex was just full of the most adorable personality! Congratulations on your feature Gavin.
That he was Renee, he was quite a character. As for the featuring I had to ask Tai what it meant. When she told me I was over the moon. To have spent so little time on RB and to have a group feature 3 of my photos was a real honour. I am as proud as punch. I can’t thank people enough.
He has a face only a mother could love:-} Absolutely gorgoues capture:-}
Thanks Ann-maree, he might not have been good looking then but he was later on. Anyway beauty is always in the eye of the beholder. To me, his Dad, he was hansome. Thanks for your words. BTW (By The Way) do you miss Sydney?

Lol…pretty ugly when they are babies…aren’t they!
I thought he was beautiful but I am very biased in my opinion. When they grow up they are gorgeous. Wait till I upload the pics of when he was older.

He is staring straight down the lens of the camera. This is a case of the right place at the right time. Thank you for your words of praise.
