Malcolm Turnbull has been strangled by the bill and Tony Abbott has broken free from supporting the Labor government and become the new opposition leader. Kevin is backed by the cautious Climate Change Minister Penny Wong and the sleigh is pushed by Peter Garrett (solar panels) and Deputy Julia Gillard. Australia’s climate has been one of concern in 2009 and the continuing challenge is for the politicians to work out what to do.
