Peace in Zen

There was a time in my life
When I thought all was not good
I seen a lot of death, suicide, abandonment

I’ve walk in to my best friends house to only see him hanging from his leather Jacket

I got awoken by a frantic phone call to pick up my friend
Halfway across state who had been drugged and rapped that same evening at the same bar I came from.

I’ve seen and lived plenty
My stories can horrify most
The others put in disbelief

My words though have never changed
I always will be the one whom will be there for you no matter what

To help all victims and friends whom I know
Or just met
To find peace and help live in Zen
Help to see, to believe in themselves and to be truly free.

Peace in Zen
