Coming back from the letter box I noticed the lovely autumn colors and hues of a pencil pine – one of 3 giants that have been growing in the front yard for decades. Perhaps planted around the time this house was built in 1930. So I whizzed inside, grabbed the Nikon D3100 and took a few pics. Once downloaded into my comp, I thought the images hadn’t quite lived up to what I’d seen with the naked eye, so I went into Photoscape and … well, I don’t remember exactly … just clicked a few thingies until I liked what I saw. Hehe. Something about sharpness and color and contrast. So here it is, ladies and gentlemen… the wonders of nature. Taree, NSW, Australia.
