Max Dupain
Max Dupain. Ring a bell? He’s the photographer who took one of Australia’s best known photographs, The Sunbaker. Anyway, I got to thinking about him today and visited the official Dupain website

HOW'S THE BIG C, MATE?
Difficult question to ask and a difficult one to answer. Cancer’s not like the weather; you can’t easily dismiss it. Peter Holme III
You know Peter? He’s a mean guitarist as well as a brilliant photographer and pixel manipulator. He Bubblemailed me just now to ask me to check out his first picture book. And it’s a rave! That guy is so talented is sickening. Check out the preview

Ello, ello, ello. I happened upon this video tutorial on Youtube from a Pommy bloke (and I thought the Aussie accent was a worry) who’s quite informative and entertaining. His name is Karl Taylor and he’s a pro. There are other vids on the side panel. So maybe there’s a tip or two you can pick up. Check it out here
