Great exposure, maybe a little too much contrast between the foreground and background, I’d dulll the foreground a little, but you’ve really captured the colours and the silhouette is just briliant!

Thanks Vicky, I have increased the contrast to add extra a little punch to the surge and sandbags. Also darkened the sky a little bit….all PP was done specifically for a cropped version. Both the original and cropped version is on my flickr gallery
