Introducing leggings. Step into a world of stunning designs.

An anonymous Australian aborigine whose look of contempt typifies the plight of his and many of the indigenous cultures, done in Prisma and Faber Castell coloured pencils on 30×40cm illustration board.

I am a self taught coloured pencil artist residing in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. My passion at the moment is human portraiture, especially celebrities, as due to their high profile nature the margin for error is minute and an intriguing challenge. I also do commissions, both human and non-human, when the occasion arises. Thank you for viewing my work and feel free to leave any comments, good or bad, and I will certainly respond.

Wow you have nailed him down to the the last chin hair. What a amazing portrait you have captured the essence of this man. there seems to be a look of anger in his features. Is this what you wanted to capture??? Beatiful work……Sandy

  • An amazing comment, thank you very much. It was done from a photo and I tried hard not to lose that look of anger, a look that could apply to the general aboriginal plight.
