My daughter and I at the Temple of Karnak in Luxor, Egypt. The immense columns were incised with pictorial hieroglyphics, some of which still retain remnants of colorful paint of thousands of years ago.

Indeed it was, Sheila! And I’ve never run so fast in my life, once I set the timer! lol Actually my son shot this one to save me the effort! This was taken two years ago, and I’m back in Egypt as I write, visiting his family and a brand new granddaughter. Love the sun!
