About Chas Bedford

I have partially returned to silver for my personal photography. Most of my mono stuff is home-developed mono film, then the negs are scanned and worked on in Photoshop.

Most of my colour stuff is still digital, but I’m working on it!

This is a very special image, inspiring, with so much poise. Yes the perspective is part of what speaks so eloquently here. For me it seems to show strong concern for worldly matters, a lot of respect for the human works, as well as respect for forces of nature. For that there’s a feeling of coming closer, a growing intimacy. At the same time there is feeling of keeping a distance..

  • Thank you Ncholas. I’m not sure if it’s worth that level of praise, but I like it.
