Italian recipe: noodles with pesto (basil,parmisan,garlic,olive oil,pine nuts) by 

Simple and excellent Italian recipe for spaghetti or other noodles, very easy to prepare with success, using a mortar to pestle all sauce ingredients together adding little by little olive oil as for a mayonnaise. The original recipe comes from Genoa (pesto alla genovese).

    I LOVE pesto!!! I make extra to fill a large flat freezer bag. Then I use a smooth edge of a knife to cease the pesto into easy to break off squares that I can thaw out quickly to spread on crusty bread.
    Great job on your visual, it is so rich and lovely. well styled and shot :))
