No, not a tank. It was temporarily in some form of a deep square pan so to speak and then placed into our pond.

He is so cute. I had not heard of a red eared turtle. Were we live we have a lot of snappers and painted turtles. We had some painters when we had a small pond, they would just come up hearing the sound of the water I think. When we closed our business The kids and I took them to the pond near our home.

We have a lot of snapper turtles as well. I’ve never heard of painter turtles before.
