Thanks MuscularTeeth. This was taken last year. We were/are still in drought. We are lucky were we live. We are not usually as affected as some areas. Not all the crops around here were this good though.

I absolutely love this shot; I’d love it even more if you’d walked up a few more feet and gotten just the field of grasses (grains) in the FG without the gate. The gate in the middle kinda discombobulates the composition. If this is close to you, you ought to keep shooting here, as it is one fantastic scene! I love the late-light; it really gives you the contrast on the trees and hill. Excellent work; this is very, very good, Gail! Cheers! Chris
