My husband (George) and I quit working for others in 2006.
we moved 5 hours away from whare we lived to open a business for ourselves. I run a one hour photo shop with 2 portrait studios and George runs a woodworking shop in the same building. so far so good, we are both still alive, we haven’t frozen to death or killed each other yet.
