After a lot of rain, the garden looks very drenched but the hedge of the Fairy Rose is out again with the Blue Bog sage. I finished building my Obelisk so the rose hasn’t had much time to grow.

Such a lovely gardent. I bet it smells heavenly too.

  • Hi Bunny, everything has been so washed out but the honeysuckle hedge and the port wine hedge smell lovely when the sun comes out.

    Thank you so much! xx

You have a beautiful garden …

  • Awwh thank you so much Lorraine, this Summer has been so wet, I didn’t even have to worry about watering the garden. Everything this year is so lush, most of the east coast of Australia at the moment is under flood. We’re just lucky that most of it missed us.

It looks great Gabe. i’m trying to place this. Is it at the front of the house looking towards the road.?

  • Yes front garden to the road, the flowers change through the season, can’t remember what was out when you were here? Probably the irises and foxgloves.

A beautiful garden! Such green lawns, do the ponies ever get to graze on them? ;)

  • Hi there Aimz, how are you girlfriend? No the horses don’t really like the buffalo. I’m not allowed to let them stand on the lawn, I don’t care but hubby goes off. They do sometimes when we’re loading them up for a show. Yes it’s pretty green here but I did send you that rain, how is Smarty?

  • Hi Maggie, thank you girlfriend! Really appreciate you dropping by and leaving a lovely comment about my garden. It’s one of my passions I love and it does take a lot of work. I just need to learn how to photograph it better.

the landscaping at your place is magnificent – looks like a park

  • Hi Loree, how are you girlfriend? It’s been a very easy summer this year, didn’t have to irrigate the garden much at all, with all the rain, I’ve just been mowing and mowing and if the ride-on breaks, then I’m stuffed! LOL!
