It looks like your spring colors are coming out in full bloom now. These flowering plants will be in their full splender very soon it looks like. Excellent composition and just a lovely scene, well done! :)

  • Thanks buddy, this is my garden, it’s really hard to photograph something that I’m so fussy with! LOL!

Beautiful gardens Gabe. The management would love this.

  • Thanks Al, well I’ll put the kettle on and we’ll have a cuppa in the garden. I’ve got my blossom trees all out and my wisteria is just starting to wake up. The fragrance is beautiful, I have a whole hedge of port wine magnolia out, it smells like bubble gum.

    awesome capture Gabe gorgeous image

  • HI Maggie, thank you my friend. This is my garden, it’s finally coming out. Today is our first day of Spring. I have my tulips out at the front door, I’m so excited, I haven’t grown them for years, we are normally too hot for tulips so we have to put the bulbs in the fridge.

    nice work
    i smell the jasmin

  • Hi Sylvia, thank you my friend. Yes the Jasmine smells beautiful around the garden, I planted a vine at each of my gates around the garden and everywhere you walk at the moment is high fragrance. At the moment i have my hedge of port wine magnolia out in flower which smells like bubble gum. A few years ago I decided to make my garden a frangrant garden as there are so many beautiful plants with high fragrance. Some days it gets quite over powering.

A beautiful Spring shot to view on the last day of Winter !
We have had a mix of seasons this week and my Jasmine has gone berserk for several weeks.

  • Hi Trish, yes isn’t the jasmine just devine. I’ve got it all around the garden at each of my gates and it just wofts with the port wine magnolia. I’m so excited about Spring, I’m sick of that cold winter we had.

Thank you my friend! :) This is my garden if you weren’t sure.

An absolute joy to see and if that jasmine is anything like mine the scent will be all over the garden.Excellent work indeed.
    Take care
    Peter

  • Hi there Peter, thank you so much for the lovely comment you left on my pic. This is actually my garden and you’re so right about the jasmine, I just love it. I decided a few years ago to make my garden a fragrant garden as there are so many beautiful fragrant plants. At the moment I have my port wine hedge out with the bubble gum fragrance and my wisteria is just popping now. I’ve got it up my tall Norfolk pine, it’s over 60 foot tall. I’ll try and get a good shot this year, I haven’t been able to get a decent shot in the past.

    Thanks again,

    Gabe :)
