Hi Maggie, thanks buddy! :) You can appreciate it being an artist. I tried to make this look like a painting. Sort of had to arrange the flowers and the wind was driving me nuts. I was outside as I wanted the natural light.

Beautiful shot of these violets! The purple color is lovely. Even though I don’t know my flowers well, I know I like them against black backgrounds as you have here. The lighting is excellent as well, very nice work!
Thanks so much Bob! :) These violets are called Royal Robe, their fragrance isn’t as subtle as wild violets but the flower is used in perfume and powder. Very popular throughout history. Not many bugs crawl onto them that I know of but they do make a nice bunch in the house. I’m sure your lady would love a bunch? LOL!
