Got the bug!
Am I obsessive?
Camera shutter worn out!
Computer suffering overload!
Did I take another 500 photos today?
Back up falling behind? :(
Can’t decide what to upload?
Bird flew away!
I missed the shot again! :(
Stick to slow moving subjects! :)

I see what you mean when you say Birds are out and Flowers are in. An interesting shot Gabe.
Thanks so much Alwyn, I only said that because all my bird shots lately are either too grainy or too dark in the tree, it’s driving me nuts. I think Kiri’s camera is better suited to birds than mine. I don’t know, this camera likes flowers and sunsets! I think I should ask my camera what subject to choose! LOL! Kidding!

Gorgeous capture, what a cool bloom
Hi Kathy, thanks buddy! :) Yes I first saw this tree this time last year, it’s such a pretty tree, the flowers are so amazing, they keep changing form and colour. I just have to get one of these trees and today I found another discovery, there was mature seed pods with seed still in them. I’ve brought some home, so hopefully on my propagating tables I might be able to raise some seedlings. Wish me luck! :) Another great thing about this tree is it brings in all the honeyeater birds. It’s full of life! :)

Stunning capture Gabe. I have always wondered what they look like.
Awwh Gabrielle, they are such a beautiful tree, I first noticed them last year and had to get one, no one had them in the nursery. Today was my lucky day. I found some seed pods with seed so I’ve collected a few to try and propagate! :)
I know this tree grows just up the road, so here’s hoping! :)
