This buiding is a part of the Houses of Parliament in Westminster, London, and has been given an affectionate title of “Big Ben” by the people of London. Judging by the placement of the big and little hands, it would appear that the image was taken at twenty one minutes past twelve midday. I believe the year to have been 2007.

i really like this image of big ben. not sure why tony loves wmd i thought tony was a cartoonist and creator of morph? maybe i am out of touch with british diplomats? but it adds a nice touch to the image especially the red of the heart in contrast to the sepia of the image. and again very fitting written work alongside. cheers
