I walked through a wonderful old fort in Key West called Fort Taylor… I felt myself being transported back in Time. The lighting beckoned me with “Choices” of which way to go…
Susan

For those who have difficulties making decisions, sometimes you must just have the strength and choose. This one is for you!

“I chose and my world was shaken. So what? The choice may have been mistaken; the choosing was not. You have to move on.”
Stephen Sondheim (American Composer)

Residing near the beach, I love to take my camera on photo-shoots when there is an impending storm, darkened skies, with the threat of rain or even snow! The shadows call to me and the fog is my friend. I hear sounds…yet most of the surroundings lie hidden from view. This allows me to escape into my own world, creating the next canvas for another of my “paintings.”

This is excellent,,,the clarity and detail of colors are perfect.

    Rick

  • Thank you, Rick! The light was amazing there, revealing all those old colors of time long ago… Dead silence there except for my footsteps…

So much natural texture in these old bricks, and you’ve captured the details so well amid the play of light and shadow.

  • It was amazing to be down in there alone, Celeste. My husband was running off above this bottom
level and I went back in time by myself, the magic all around…
