Artist's Description

24×18 stretched canvas / Acrylic

At first, I merely thought it was “abstract expressionism” because I used a lot of acrylics for texture and I never knew what was the difference between “cubism” or “abstract.” So I showed this to my overly strict art teacher this for a bit of inspection. And I guess she hated it at that moment because I guess I have too much “primary colors” and it’s not an abstract expressionism which she actually assigned it to be…. >_<

“Duh” for me. I’m a newbie in AP art or any form of art. I had to start from a scratch on planning and everything to make a real abstract expressionism art.

But still, I’m pretty happy with it despite of my result of little academic error. Otherwise I would not have posted this.
