Love this one Ben though I always think of train drivers as much older lol
I think he was really just the coal shoveller, but he had the best cap. (There was an older bloke there too but not so photogenic) Thanks Andrew.
Thanks Andrew. Well, the real driver was much older (and weirder)- this fellow was actually his assistant.
Thank you for adding your featured work to The Best of RedBubble!
I would hope that you would consider submitting this to Male AppreciationThanks, Tom
Thanks Thomas, will do
Congrats on your feature, Ben. I really like this portrait.
Haha! got ya. Do you remember me taking it, at Quorn, just as the train was pulling in – Easter weekend last year?
I must confess Ben, not really – it was a bit of a media frenzy day, cameras pointing at us from every direction and having gotten up around the 5am mark, but this point in the day, we were all ready to put the loco to bed and then have a rest ourselves. Hope you enjoyed your visit to PRR!
Yes, I did it was a picture perfect day….send me an email address by bubble mail and I’ll send back a copy. I also got one of your driver but its slightly blurred unfortuneately.
