Ah Monsalvat – so many brilliant settings – ideal for this group. Very nice.

Thank you for your kind words. It may seem odd to say it, but Monsalvat is very definitely a muse for me. I have been going there a couple of times a year for about 25 years now. Along with wonderful human muses, the place inspires me and centres me.

I love it too. I first sang there when I was in Primary School (a lifetime ago!) for a composer, nearly got married there, So many corners that are facinating. The roof level of the great hall has some great spots for photos and the afternoon light on level 2 and when the basemaent studios are open….. I wish I could get there more often.

The model is http://www.redbubble.com/people/sadandal , who works with me as a professional medievalist. The image was taken at an artists’ colony near Melbourne, Australia. Unfortuantely they now charge photographers to use the site. I believe this shoot was the last one they alowed before they instituted the extra cost.
