The cool thing about you Lisa is that you’re mad enough to go out and blow bubbles on a windy day for the sake of a photograph. You’re after my own heart when I was bursting water balloons and popping lightbulbs with a BB gun. And the best part is that your madness rewards you with an awesome picture like this and others will then realize it’s actually “artistic eccentricity” and not madness at all. Total other kettle of fish. Although in my case I think it was pure and simple madness all along.

This looks like some orb from outer space that’s decided to hang onto this tree hoping nobody will notice.. it’s certainly an amazing picture of a bubble. Glad you persevered and go something as cool as this to share with us!

Thank you everyone…....and billyboy, a little madness is a good thing huh? It makes life a little more interesting. Just do everything the hard way for the sake of entertainment, that’s what I say.

Funkfacestudio, this is awesome. I love it. Love the colour. When your blowing bubbles it does get messy because you are trying to operated the camera at the same time. LOL. It looks like this bubble is stitting on the log and it appears it was sitting there for awhile. Beautiful.

sheesh…it’s all been said…what amazing reflection in the bubble surrounded by such wonderful color!

The effect you captured here in this bubble is great. At first glance I thought that the texture behind it was abstract art before I realized it was a natural setting. It’s cool that this photo gives off a really polished abstract look on top of the photograph intended. Glass globes are beautiful, it does look like one.
