Its in the pebble in my palm,
in the swallow in the air,
In the rain on my skin,
in the wind lifting my hair
I hold it to lose it…

Very wise. Love the last line, could have several meanings… if I hold onto it, it is taken OR I want to lose it because its like hot coals but the only way of releasing the pain is through gripping it tighter… a paradox of power. Well said Fiona, wise soul.
