To my friend...
You always know when i am sad
Or sense that i know something bad,
You always know just when im mad
And turn it around to make me glad…
You deal with all my faults or troubles
And make my stress float away in bubbles,
You always make me smile from ear to ear
Whenever you and your laugh are near…
The moments i spend with you are always fun
Like the time we were spies with our finger gun,
Or the time you wore stockings on your arms
Or the stories from the people on the farms…
You do the craziest things, just like me
You’re always happy and grumpy-free
Sometimes i don’t understand your crazy talk
Or the way you always dance and walk…
But its not how crazy and wild you are
Or how you’re always with me, near or far
And its not the things you know and do
Its simply because you’re unique, you’re you!
