It was great to be back in the water to take underwater shots again, had to wait a year almost!
But this shot is inspired by a brilliant South African band called Dear Reader. This song is a poignant song with a double twist. It is about apartheid and the seperation between the two races and how black and whites couldn’t be in love… who prevents love? It shows how hearts were torn apart due to the inhumane time in South Africa. White in the Dark…

love is most powerful and not even barriers, both physical and figurative, can stop it…
