This is the third in the Transformation series. This particular mandala features butterflies and arum lilies encircled by lotus petals and is the final of the transformation trilogy – Creation, Trinity and Requiem.

The three mandalas reflect the life cycle. Embrace it or not, the reality is that we are born, we live and then… we die. It is inescapable. Thus the third mandala in the series reflects upon the final transformation – death. It also celebrates the life and recent passing of my sons grandmother, one of the most amazing women friends I have ever had the honour of having in my life.

I dedicate this to the memory of Shelagh Marsh – thank you for accepting me totally for who I am. Thank you for guiding me along lifes rocky pathways. Thank you for loving my son, your grandson unequivocally and absolutely. Thank you for the laughter, the love and the many glasses of champagne and sherry drunk over many years. Thank you for teaching me how to make Yorkshire Puds:) Thank you for being you. I will miss you with all my heart.
