From the original mandala, acrylic with metallic overlays

I was in a 3 hour breathwork therapy session (yeah, I do a lot of those LOL) and on the way into the trance, these chinese dragons appeared and told me they were there to protect and help me…
At the end, coming out, all I saw was the most incredible white lotus… it filled my heart and my head and even now, when I look at this mandala, I am at complete peace.
The simplicity of the design symbolises the simplicity of our natures – if we just Let Go and Go With The Flow and TRUST that it will be all OK and learn to BREATHE with it, then we will find a kind of peace within us all. Learning to live in the present moment is one of my personal quests!

This one is very beautiful. I love them all, each one is so unique with a special message all it’s own, yet I am drawn to the cooler colours this morning. It must have something to do with my mood.
