“She who looks outside dreams, she who looks inside wakes…” (with apologies to the late Carl Gustav Jung)
My photographic bubblesite : ANN WRIGHT
I am Marg..
I am an award winning artist and photographer living in the glorious Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia. Mostly I paint mandalas. The word mandala comes from the Sanskrit word meaning circle… well, thats its basic meaning anyway. You can google mandala and see what you come up with! I use mandala art as a tool for self growth and healing.
My mandalas are extremely powerful paintings that work on a multidimensional and spiritual level. They work both externally (as you sit and meditate on them) and internally (as they change you at your subconscious level). I follow the Jungian mandala model, rather than the Tibetan, but they are all Sacred Circles to me. I am currently facilitating small self help groups in learning to create and to incorporate these magnificent mandalas into their lives and how to use them as healing and teaching tools on their paths to self discovery. It is a gift for which I give great thanks.
I’m a full time artist and mother, exploring quantum physics and contemplation of the navel. I write poetry, science fantasy, notes to the teacher. I read anything resembling a book. I play guitar and drums and I sing – blues, folk, jazz, fusion. I LOVE music! I am passionate about my child, social justice and opshopping. I love to sleep, eat and meditate.
Where marked, the original artwork is for sale.

Where were my pert and perky breasts?
The phone rang and I said…
Endless hot cuppas in bone china, steaming…
I realised that I am the only person who can make me happy. I am responsible for my own happiness, my own respect, my own appreciation.
He wouldn’t look at me, kept writing secretively in his little book of strange words and sentences. I craned my head over the desk to see what he was writing
“But you’re OLD!” said my youngest in absolute disbelief. “Old women don’t have babies!” She spluttered. “I’m the baby!”
