At the risk of sounding mean by FuggleDoofer

I love RedBubble challenges as yet have not entered one personally but I feel the need to express my reason for not entering. I hate looking at some really really good work which fits the brief and makes my eyes happy and then looking at a picture of a duck. Just because theres a challenge doesn’t mean you should just submit anything because you can, it needs to be relevant to the brief. Agh rant over I feel slightly better

    Richard Hamilt...

    I agree 100%.
When you look through all work submitted in a challenge, if you see a ‘pretty picture’ or even one with a little kid smiling or with chocolate etc over its face, you know that they are gonna win, despite the fact that they are worth nothing ‘artistically’.

a page full of thumbnails might be gooder too (at least the option)

hundreds of clicks is a bit tedious, i guess it`s fair to look at everybody`s though.

maybe if you could scroll in stead of click.

    quack.

  • FuggleDoofer:

yeh I think I would much prefer that yeh in fact I would hmm think im gonna go draw a duck actually possibly a mutated one the idea of mutant ducks always scared me think its the quack that does it

I was getting slightly worried as no one else seemed to pick up on this issue which was really niggling me

Haha duck was probably a bad choice cause I actually quite like looking at ducks but I think it expressed my point well sort of in a weird bird based fashion

i mate and his missus had a pet duck for a while…omg the things it did to the chickens!

  • FuggleDoofer:

“for a while…” that sounds ominous did they eat it?

nah it ended up about twice the size of these three chooks that also got to run around like pets and used to beat them up brutally, pin them and pull their feather out.

then it strart attacking visitors randomly, used to go off at the dogs.

bit white fat fucker…they gave it away.
