I love this image so very much. . . i love the shadowed child as a ideal of who we are/become as adults. . .the form and figure of that child we were does tend to fade but the outline is always with us. we never forget really. . . not in the soul. . .

    beautiful work!

    Such a simple thing..
    a playinf with the sun..
    and the reality one imagines..
is much better than the reality one see.s
    Behind the shadow..
is the whole space of Life.
Rosa (thanks a lot for your visit and sharing to my”ThoughtsInCrystalTears..)

this is great had to find it from your image pic… reminds me of an eliot quote hm….

“and i will show you something different from either
your shadow striding behind you at morning.
your shadow striding before you at evening.
    i will show you fear
    in a handful of dust.”

only er with a kid on a swing…

  • Jolie

    love it
From embracing your shadow side, one can begin to incorporate that playful child into their being along with the other elements within themselves; I find that an important and inspiring element in life’s path. When I viewed this piece, that point of celebration is watch I was reminded of immediately. Beautiful work!
