I mean it’s the rim of a wagon wheel isn’t it? Once that would have been the thought, children would have itched for a stick and a hill to roll it down ….. aaaahhh I’m just old <) lol

Come to think on it further this is a very stunning piece – the portal could have been a thought portal!
When the man walked past he could have thought a thought of his childhood exploring the rocks and because of the portal we can see his thought that he left behind forgotten again as he passed :O)
