It was my first time swimming in the ocean for over 3 years, time flys! I really enjoyed it, we live to far from nice beachs that its a rare treat to get to one.
I walked and walked up the beach, stopping every minute to get shots. I must of looked a sight lying flat on the sand trying to get photos of shells and waves lol! Got doused by an unexpected wave once, was worried the water got into the camera but thank goodness it hadn’t!

lol i know what you mean hun lol you should see some of the positions i get into to get those shots lol. I’ve had some weird and wonderful looks sent my way lol. Glad your camera is ok. next time try taking a bread bag and putting the camera into it and poking the lens out the open end with an elastic around the base of the lens.. instant water proofing lol

Thats a really good idea! I’ll have to try it, I wasn’t even sure we were going to the beach, it was a last minute thing. Next time I’ll be prepared and hopefully the beach won’t be so crowded (Boxing day is not a good time to go to a Beach on the Sunshine Coast lol)
