My slogan~ sorta.. aha.. Basically i wanna encourage all my friends out there, especially those of you who like to bottle things up inside you.. Once awhile, it’s ok, to express yourself, you know? it’s harmful for both our heart and mind.. Once in awhile, let ‘em out.. Stress, anxiety, sadness, happiness (i know most of us have no problem expressing happiness, but i for one, was once not allowed to laugh out loud when happy) and whatever that you’ve been bottling in you.

If you’re afraid to tell your family, share with your nicer friends.. if you’re afraid any humans for that matters will laugh or jeer or scorn you for anything, express yourself in a dairy, hidden private blogs, tell it to the lil bird chilling by the window, tell it to the lil kitty or doggy that don’t seem to mind you.. Love your heart and mind a little.. wear your feelings sometimes! =)
