My first digital painting..
Dun Laugh!!! hehe.. this is my very first digital painting attempt.. done with mouse at that! no special brush or anything.. just the normal round brush and lotsa smudging.. hehe..
i was telling Angela how her cute shot of Jasper reminds me of one of my painting.. this is the one.. n_n” obviously mine is waaaay amateur looking.. stop giggling there!! kekeke…

i LOVE him, was ‘brown’ your pet? i went to see Angela’s ‘Jasper’ and he’s very like your ‘Brown’
meow, purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…. it’s wonderful for just only using a mouse!!!! wow…i thought you must’ve done it with the Wacom Tablet…i cannot use the thing….i tried on weekend, and was bloomin’ hopeless with it :( how are you going with your training sessions on it?

hehe.. using a mouse is hard to make nice curves.. so what i did is i paint the patch.. say white patch.. then i use the blurer brush to smudge the colors outwards, thus creating a fur like look.. hehehe..
i’m sure you’ll be able to master the wacom with enuff practice!! just don’t get hooked on it later and stop your usual mixed media, ya! alot of your fans will cry then.. hehe..
i still haven’t got to play with my wacom!!! T_T i ending this html proj this fri already.. i can’t do it anymore, my headache won’t go away, and my sleep pattern totally ruin. Tim’s concussed too.. lol!!
Brown’s not really my pet.. he’s more like a friend. he’s a stray cat living in the neighbourhood. we meet up almost everyday and evening when i go and return from school. he’s like my boyfriend i guess~ hehehe..

oh, i see…yes that makes sense how you you did the fur, i love that you have a nice friend in ‘Brown’ that you see now and then…..animals make such lovely friends…they never say the wrong thing, and always ready for hugs ;)

Awww…that’s a shame ! We have a couple of ferals here that we feed and love. I’d hate to lose them. Between the pic and the poem, I can tell Brown was pretty cool.
So just think….now you have a little Brown shaped guardian!!!
And the pic is really well done too! I dig the fur effects!
