Out of all the tree groupings at Tisdall Park, in Vancouver, BC, the arrangement of cherry trees (Genus Prunus) on the southeast side is perhaps the most brilliant. Four magnificent trees stand at the top of a small rise, highly visible from 49th Street. A trail wends under the widely spread limbs, full of flowers. The branches make beautiful archways that seem to invite exploration.
