From squares to triangles…... Julian, you’re simply a genius. I like the second shot, too – the curvy form and lines accentuating the straight. ;-)

(speechless, but .. not enough not to say that the black frame is … too much for this masterpece of delicacy and lightness …. in my opinion, of course!)

  • Julian Escardo replied

I changed the frame to a dark brown…better?

    Keith Reesor

    Geoff Coleman...

The triptych is just beyond brilliant Julian – perfectly balanced complimentarity between each piece – this one completes it perfectly and is also stunning in its own compoisition and perspective.

  • Julian Escardo replied

They seem to go well together don’t they?.....ty, ty, ty…...always!

  • Anthony Mancuso

    Anthony Mancuso

    fascinating image, great tone.

  • Julian Escardo replied

    Thnx Anthony!..........

  • Richard George

    Richard George

Right from the start your perception and vision start to take root…then move wonderfully through the scene, shifting and moving like fitting a puzzle piece…to the end where light and colouration are balanced to create the perfected result.
Not totally unlike the the beginning, middle and end game in chess…

  • Julian Escardo replied

The whole chess analogy gave me a lot to think about Richard – not only in reference to this shot but future ones….....thank you so much for spoiling me as I have been greedy enough to almost expect your entries so that I can read what you see, to in a sense see what I saw (kinda confusing but it all makes sense) – thnx again my friend!

  • rita vita finzi

  • Elizabeth Bravo

    Elizabeth Bravo

This is so spectacular, as usual for you. I love the tone on tone. Sometimes I wonder where you are when you find these shots. This looks like you have crawled out on a ledge…....although I’m sure you’re just looking up. You always inspire me. AWESOME!!

  • Julian Escardo replied

You are very kind Elisabeth…...the notion of a plank/ledge is very complimentary as I (in the process of looking up as yo well point out) often look for that sensation. Thank you for your visit!
