Joanne Bradley
X marks the spot doesn’t it? Love the curves in the bacground which emphasize the circle and angles. Great perpendicular lines!
Julian Escardo replied
X does indeed…...thank you Joanne!
Imber
Brilliant work!
Julian Escardo replied
wow…Ty!
PeterBusser
Love the curves on both left hand and right hand side. The ball (lamp?) connects the two. The intersection of the + en x on ceiling (I guess…) and lamp make this complete. Beaufitful composition!
Julian Escardo replied
Yes, hanging lamp….....and yes, + and x and – and |....(lol) Thank you for stopping by Peter!
Richard VanWart

Lovely composed Julian like the muted colors and texture! I also like the way my eyes are drawn to the left corner at the bottom.

Geoff Coleman...
Mate you have no upper limits. You just keep sailing higher and higher. You know how much I love this one and that off-centre cross just couldn’t be more apposite (nor the red dot).
Julian Escardo replied
I had a similar post here once but returned to the scene since – I love that you like the off center cross, it wouldn’t be the same if it was perfectly symmetrical. Ty Geoff!
Lorraine Creagh
You have a great eye. This is spectacular.
Julian Escardo replied

Julian Escardo replied
All I can say is: :)......ty!
John Shortt-Smith
Sorry Julian, something’s changed since I looked at something here. This is wonderful but the first one I looked at and thought was even better had the hanging object down 1/3 off right and 1/3 off bottom (not that I care a hoot for any so-called rule of thirds)
Julian Escardo replied
Which first one?...I posted a blueish one some time ago but it was symmetrical then – in any case feel free top send me a bmail with your thoughts – it is always good to exchange opinions and observations…..
Marguerite Foxon
Peter Busser’s commet above were my thoughts too so I just say AMEN to his remarks!

Saw this on the RedBubble home page and immediately thought “that’s a cool shot”. Then, after a moment of additional thought I immediately figured out that it had to be one of yours. Great shot and congrats on the front page placement!
Julian Escardo replied
I warmly receive your comment James….ty!

One more thing, I really like the presentation in the frame with the white/light mat. Everything is positioned perfectly. The curves on the left seem to come out of the corner of the frame, and the placement of the hanging light fixture (?) makes for an interesting focal point.
Julian Escardo replied
and ty for your detailed follow-up – I love to see descriptions and how others see them, the details (yes, a light fixture), thank you so very much for “really” looking – I’m honored!
