This reminds me of those amazing space shots where you are looking (via the external camera affixed to the space craft) down to earth … I have the feeling of looking down, not up or out.

Thank you Marguerite! – you hit the nail on the head, as mentioned above with the feeling of falling, the “looking down” sense is there too – (generally brought up when you shot certain angles plus clouds…)
